Bio
I am honored to serve as the principal of Wylie East High School, where every student is valued, supported, and challenged to reach their full potential. Prior to joining Wylie ISD, I have served as a high school science teacher, varsity football coach, vice-principal at an elementary campus, assistant and associate principal at the high school level, and as principal of a middle school. I am so excited to continue the proud traditions of Wylie East while working alongside the Raider family to create opportunities for all students to learn, lead, and thrive.
Here at Wylie East, our goal is to create an environment where all students feel a sense of belonging to our school community. We believe in the potential of every student to achieve greatness and their personal goals. We strive for our students to become the leaders of tomorrow.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children, cheering on my favorite sports teams, and cooking BBQ for the family and neighbors.
Remember, it’s a great day to be alive, and it’s a great day to be a Raider!
